Structure and number of Fund

Using non-standard technologies of development, the Fund has captured by the structural divisions practically all territory of Ukraine. Now by Fund is based more than 160 Branches (independent legal persons) republican, regional, district, urban, village and settlement of meaning, which have the appropriate subordination from local of structures to the central body of management - Government of Fund.

The structure of Fund consists of structural divisions, which are created by Fund and work on behalf of Fund:

To territory of Ukraine agrees:

The legislations of Ukraine;
The Charter of Fund;
The Charter of Branch of Fund authorized by Government of Fund on the basis of the Uniform Charter for Branches of Fund in territory of Ukraine;
Rules of Fund concerning activity of structural divisions of Fund in territory of Ukraine,

In territories of other countries agrees:

The legislations of the appropriate country;
The Charter of Fund;
The Charter of Branch of Fund developed and authorized by Government of Fund for activity in the appropriate country;
Rules of Fund concerning activity of structural divisions of Fund in territories of the foreign states.

The Fund is the uniform founder of the structural divisions in territory of Ukraine and acts by the uniform founder or one of the founders of the structural divisions abroad, - according to the legislation of the appropriate country concerning legalization of such organizations.

Fund and the Branches of Fund have the internal structural divisions - Departments, which are created by a branch principle with the purpose of delimitation of functions at performance of authorized tasks on any of directions of activity of Fund (Branches of Fund), and also distribution of functions at realization of internal economic activity.

The Fund has of the members (physical persons) and participants (legal persons).

The members of Fund are the citizens of Ukraine and foreign citizens, which support the basic tasks and purposes of Fund, financially support Fund and Branch of Fund, behind which they are fixed, and take part in realization of the purposes and tasks of Fund (Branch of Fund).

The participants of Fund can be the legal persons (enterprise, organization, establishment except for what are financed from the budget), located both in territory of Ukraine, and behind its limits, which realize the rights through the representatives, financially support Fund and Branch of Fund, behind which they are fixed, and take part in realization of the purposes and tasks of Fund (Branch of Fund).

For the introduction the members submit to numbers of Fund to address Government of Fund of the application about the introduction into Fund, participants - the decisions of the bodies of management on the introduction into Fund. Reception in members and participants of Fund, and also the exception of the members and participants of Fund will carry out Government of Fund or Government of regional Branches of Fund at the sessions. The regional Branches of Fund keep account the members and participants of Fund, fixed behind them, which live or are in this region, and also give out by him (it) the appropriate certificates. The Government of Fund conducts the general account of all members and participants of Fund.

The members of Fund, have the right:

To take part in definition of the basic directions of activity of Fund and its structural divisions;
To bring in the offers on improvement and elimination of lacks of work of Fund and its structural divisions, and also their bodies of management;
To use support of Fund and its structural divisions in bodies of state authority and management on the activity;
To receive from Fund and its) structural divisions the charitable help;
To occupy posts in bodies of management of Fund and its structural divisions, and also other posts in system of Fund;
To receive the information on activity of Fund and its structural divisions.

The participants of Fund have the right:

To bring in the offers on improvement and elimination of lacks of work of Fund and its structural divisions, and also their bodies of management;
To use support of Fund and its structural divisions in bodies of state authority and management on the activity;
To use information and consulting services of Fund and its structural divisions;
To receive the information on activity of Fund and its structural divisions.

The members and participants of Fund are obliged:

To carry out rules of the Charter, decision of Government both officials of Fund and its structural divisions, behind which they are fixed;
To assist achievement of the purposes and realization of tasks, which face to Fund and its structural divisions;
To adhere to the coordinated conditions about undivulging of the information on activity of Fund and its structural divisions, which has the status confidential;
To take part in realization of the Programs and Projects of Fund and its structural divisions;
To pay member payments in the sizes and in terms, which are determined by Government of Fund.

Our Fund is always open for the people irrespective of their nationality, faith and other belongings, we with pleasure accept in the numbers of the members and participants, which wish to join us both with the purpose of reception of the help, and with the purpose of mutually advantageous cooperation !

The aggregate number of the citizens of Ukraine, which are now on the account of Fund, exceeds 700 000 peoples, more which half are the members of Fund; the aggregate number of the participants of Fund exceeds 100 legal persons.
